Humor & Aging

January 9 at 2:00p.m.  | Scotia Village

Join AOS Care Management  on January 9 at 2p.m. for a program on Humor & Aging at Scotia Village!

Come discover how laughter really is the best medicine! Crystal Fowler with AOS Care Management will share how research shows us that humor and laughter play a very important role in how a person ages. Laughter not only helps us to keep things in perspective, but there are actual physical, social and psychological benefits that occur when we laugh. We all face challenges as we age and experience the aging of loved ones, discover how humor can help you cope along the way.

The fun starts at 2p.m. Call 910.266.5015 for more information.
