Dementia Alliance of North Carolina
Raleigh Caregiver Conference: Positive Focus, Powerful Mindset, Practical Care
February 2. North Ridge Country Club, Raleigh
This comprehensive caregiver conference, featuring world-renowned dementia educator Teepa Snow, is designed for those new to caregiving as well as those who have been doing it for years. Because dementia is an ever-changing condition, the conference will focus on what people living with dementia CAN do and how our own responses to them in each situation can create better outcomes. Teepa Snow, of Positive Approach to Care® believes that “Rewiring our own perceptions, attitudes, communication strategies, actions, and responses, provides the shift that promotes change for the others around us.”
