How to Promote Your Own Successful Aging!

October 14  |  3:30 p.m.

Given Memorial Library
150 Cherokee Road | Pinehurst

Discover ways to enhance and enjoy the journey of aging. Researchers have found that there are some key components demonstrated by those who report both quality of life and longevity as they age. Come discover which tips that when followed help older adults live more active and healthy lives. There are things that each of us can do that can help ensure that we live longer, healthier, more productive lives.

Jennifer Tyner, Aging Life Care™ Professional, will explore what you need to consider as you plot your path towards successful and meaningful aging. Tyner believes planning is just as important at age 70 as it was at age 20. Now is the time to explore your emotional, physical, and financial needs, understand the resources available, and make a plan that works for today and prepares you for the unexpected.

AOS Care Management is proud to collaborate Given Memorial Library to bring educational information to the community.
