- Care Manager – FT professional with a 4-year degree in social services related field. Passionate about working with older adults, able to independently manage client care, navigate resources, problem solve and facilitate relationships. Position includes on-call responsibilities.

Caregiver Support Group Virtual & In-Person
First Tuesday Monthly

NOTE: The support group will take a break in July since the meeting date is also the 4th of July! Make plans to join us on August 1.
This support group is open to anyone in a caregiver role, including family and professional caregivers. All information is confidential within a support group.
Ashley Seace Aging Life Care™ Professional with AOS Care Management facilitates this monthly caregiver support group. She is a Dementia Alliance of North Carolina trained support group facilitator and is devoted to providing the necessary tools and resources needed to accommodate the individual needs of each caregiver. Parkinson's Support Group of the Sandhills

Tuesday, June 13th at 10:30am we will be welcoming Ashley Seace with Aging Outreach Services as our group facilitator.
It's time to just meet as a group, where we can network and support one another. Who is the best movement disorder specialist? How are your medications working? Are you facing new challenges? Have you had any successes you want to share? Nobody knows better than you, and there's power in navigating this disease together!
This group focuses on education, encouragement and support for those living with PD, their care partners, family and friends.

Music Therapy for Parkinson's
First Thursday | 3-4 p.m.
Music therapy uses music to address speech, movement and recall for individuals with Parkinson's. Rachell Shell, MT-BC of Birdsong Music Therapy, LLC lead participants in drumming and vocal exercises as well as guided and target movements to movements.
