This support group is open to anyone in a caregiver role, including family and professional caregivers. All information is confidential within a support group.

Angela Boles with AOS Care Management facilitates this monthly caregiver support group. She is devoted to providing the necessary tools and resources needed to accommodate the individual needs of each caregiver.  If you are not available to participate and you need to talk or share concern, give Angela at call; 9100.692.0683.

The Walk to De-feet Dementia will be a day of celebration and remembrance as we take action and provide hope to those living with dementia right here in North Carolina.
