Rock Steady Boxing  - Aberdeen & Pinehurst


Rock Steady Boxing offers non-contact, boxing inspired group fitness classes for people living with Parkinson's disease. Each class includes strengthening, stretching, core exercise, functional training and boxing specific exercises. Classes also include Parkinson's specific activities including voice activation, deep breathing, and dual task training. These classes are appropriate for people with all stages of Parkinson's.
