AOS Announces Three Staff Promotions

Southern Pines, NC: Amy Natt, President and CEO of Aging Outreach Services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Middleton to Registry Administrator for AOS At Home Care, and the promotions of Ashley Culbreth and Stephanie Blue to Care Managers with AOS Care Management.

In her new role, Middleton will oversee the day-to-day operations of AOS At Home Care, the firm’s caregiver referral practice.

“It is my pleasure to help cultivate such talent and leadership in our small business. Over the past 26 years we have partnered with other key stakeholders in the community, such as the Moore County Chamber of Commerce, to take advantage of leadership growth opportunities. It is wonderful that the team at AOS can help provide an opportunity that paired with a passion to serve older adults, helps us to create an amazing team of professionals.” – Amy Natt

Middleton joined AOS in 2023 as a Registry Administrative Assistant and has consistently demonstrated strong advocacy for both clients and care providers. She holds a Certificate in Gerontology and regularly participates in the Engaged Brains Project monthly meetings.

Middleton shared, “I take great pride in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life while ensuring they receive the care and companionship they deserve. Knowing that my work helps families find peace of mind and allows older adults to remain in the comfort of their own homes is deeply rewarding and gives purpose to everything I do."

Originally from Oregon, Middleton enjoys traveling, reading, film, and spending time with her family.

Ashley Culbreth, a lifelong Carthage resident, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is passionate about supporting vulnerable populations. A mother of three, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending community events, and visiting the Outer Banks and Lake Tillery. Culbreth joined AOS in 2017.

Stephanie Blue was born in England and raised in an Army family. She has lived in North Carolina since 2004 and enjoys camping, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and caring for her four dogs. Her caregiving experience for her grandparents in England shaped her dedication to elder care. Stephanie Blue joined AOS in 2019.
