As an aging life care manager, one of my responsibilities is to help clients find resources and information. Attorney Bob Mason is truly one of the best professionals to contact when looking for resources and information on Veterans Benefits.
Mason recently was the speaker at a Family Caregiver and Adult Children Support Group I facilitate in Raeford. He provided a concise and understandable description of Veterans’ Benefits with an easy 1-2-3 step procedure to access VA benefits that might be available to aging or disabled Veterans and their spouses and widows.
From determining qualifications to filing the applications, Mason provided an understanding of the basic qualification rules for VA benefits. He also explained how to calculate adjusted income for benefit purposes, how to determine whether VA benefits asset eligibility standards have been met, and explained the three levels of benefits available to Veterans.
If you need a better understanding of Veterans’ benefits and strategies for qualifying for these benefits, visit Mason’s website and complete the form to receive a copy of his Veterans Benefits: Study Guide and Workbook.
I invite you to visit the Family Caregiver and Adult Children Support Group at Pittman Grove Baptist Church in Raeford on last Tuesday of each month for more information and resources to help you and your family age with success.
